"Nayantara & Venky’s " third female titled film..!

Nayantara seems to be following ‘Make hay when the sun shines’ and so grabbing every project that comes her way. Recently, she was roped in for Sita role in ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ opposite Bala Krishna. Now the lady has bagged the role opposite Venkatesh in the film, ‘Savitri’. This is the third female titled film in their combination. Earlier the duo was seen in films ‘Lakshmi’ and ‘Tulasi’.

Though Trisha was considered for the role initially, finally Nayan seems to have grabbed the project. Savitri will be directed by Teja and produced by Suresh Productions banner. The movie will hit the floors from January 2011.
